• Orders may be shipped to residential or business addresses, but Research Peptide Depot reserves the right to request age or identity verification and to refuse or cancel any order that raises compliance, legal, or safety concerns.
4. Purchase & Payment

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection

• Buyers have seven (7) days from receipt to inspect shipments and report discrepancies, damage, or defects; issues reported after this window may not be eligible for replacement.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses due to international customs or carrier actions.

• All products are shipped with batch/lot identifiers and (where applicable) Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Company makes best efforts to supply full traceability and quality documentation—but buyer agrees to verify and retain all compliance records locally.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
• Due to the sensitive nature of research products, no returns are accepted once an order is shipped.
• Refunds are processed only on a case-by-case basis, and are not guaranteed.
• In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt with clear photos and detailed information. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.
• Order cancellations must be requested before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except for damage, defect, or error as detailed above.
